SupaWave Search: Filters, Sorts, and Power Queries

SupaWave has a powerful search system. Here is everything you can do with the search bar.

Filters -- narrow down your waves

• in:inbox -- waves in your inbox (default view)

• in:archive -- waves you have archived

• in:all -- every wave you have access to, including public ones

• in:pinned -- waves you have pinned to the top

• with:alice@example.com -- waves where Alice is a participant

• with:@ -- all public waves on the domain

• creator:bob@example.com -- waves created by Bob

• tag:important -- waves tagged "important" (case-insensitive)

You can combine filters: in:inbox tag:work creator:alice

Sort options -- control the order

• orderby:datedesc -- newest modified first (this is the default)

• orderby:dateasc -- oldest modified first

• orderby:createddesc -- newest created first

• orderby:createdasc -- oldest created first

• orderby:creatorasc -- alphabetical by creator (A to Z)

• orderby:creatordesc -- reverse alphabetical by creator (Z to A)

Combine sorts with filters: in:all orderby:createdasc tag:announcement

Pro tips

• Click the ? icon next to the search box for a quick reference

• The refresh button (circular arrow) forces an immediate search update

• Pressing Enter on the same query forces a refresh too

• Search results show an exact wave count and unread count in the title bar
