Welcome to SupaWave -- the modern revival of Google Wave
SupaWave brings back the magic of real-time collaborative communication. If you remember Google Wave, this is its spiritual successor -- rebuilt, modernized, and running on open-source Apache Wave technology.
What is a Wave?
A wave is a conversation that lives and breathes. Unlike email threads or chat messages, a wave is a shared document where every participant can see edits in real time, reply inline to any part of the conversation, and organize thoughts into threaded discussions.
Think of it as a living document crossed with a group chat -- but better than both.
What makes SupaWave different?
- Real-time collaboration -- see what others type as they type it
- Inline replies -- respond to any specific blip, not just the end of a thread
- Tags and search -- organize waves with tags like tag:project or tag:ideas
- Pin important waves to the top of your list
- Public waves -- share your waves with the world (like this one!)
- Version history -- browse and restore any previous version of a wave
- Modern UI with dark theme support, toast notifications, and keyboard shortcuts
Getting started
- Create an account at supawave.ai
